When Should You Whistle-Blow?

You should report any of the following concerns:

  • Fraud or Financial Misconduct – Any form of corruption, theft, embezzlement, or financial misrepresentation.

  • Workplace Harassment or Discrimination – Any form of bullying, sexual harassment, or unfair treatment based on gender, race, or other factors.

  • Health & Safety Violations – Any actions that jeopardize workplace safety or put employees at risk.

  • Violation of Company Policies – Any breaches of professional conduct, including misuse of company resources.

  • Environmental or Legal Violations – Any actions that harm the environment or break legal obligations.

All reports will be handled with confidentiality and protection to ensure the safety of whistle-blowers. Your courage in speaking up helps to strengthen the integrity of Aflink Rwanda. Let’s work together to build a workplace where honesty and fairness thrive!
