When Should You Whistle-Blow?
You should report any of the following concerns:

Workplace Harassment or Discrimination – Any form of bullying, sexual harassment, or unfair treatment based on gender, race, or other factors.

Health & Safety Violations – Any actions that jeopardize workplace safety or put employees at risk.

Violation of Company Policies – Any breaches of professional conduct, including misuse of company resources.

Environmental or Legal Violations – Any actions that harm the environment or break legal obligations.
